Can I get refunds of any kind?
This is not possible. All sales are final and cannot be refunded.
How many copies may I order?
There are currently a limited amount of copies, we are therefore keeping it to one copy per order.
We have a limited supply, so it’s important to mention that we sell on a first come, first serve basis!
What will be the shipping costs / time?
Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time depend on where you are located. Your order may take at least two weeks to reach its destination.
It’s possible that your order may take longer to arrive due to our current global situation or due to customs as well.
Your order will be shipped from France and will have a tracking number attached to it, so you can see where it is at any time.
Once purchased, your order will be shipped within two weeks. You will be notified by email with your tracking number when your item has been shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
The order will be shipped through regular mail. It will be packed as securely as possible. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens once your order is shipped out and the postal service has your parcel.
When I have my order, may I share pictures of it online?
Yes and no: You may take a picture of the cover to show off that you have received the order safely, but sharing pictures of the contents isn’t allowed. This is out of respect to the contributors of the zine.
